Rule 41
Sale and Payment of Postal Orders
The method of keeping the balance of postal orders in the post office, selling them to the general public and making payment and the post offices that can sell or pay for postal orders shall be as prescribed by the Director General from time to time by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
